  1. Intellectual Property Protection

1.1 Ownership of Workflows and Automations

All workflows, automations, Al chatbots, voice bots, software scripts, and other proprietary content developed or provided by DealFlow (“Proprietary Content”) are the exclusive property of DealFlow. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this Proprietary Content solely for your business purposes within the DealFlow platform.

1.2 Prohibited Actions

You agree not to:

  • Export, copy, reproduce, or transfer any Proprietary Content.
  • Reverse-engineer, duplicate, or create derivative works from the Proprietary Content.
  • Use or share Proprietary Content outside the DealFlow platform, including for competitive analysis or development.

1.3 Breach of Intellectual Property Terms

Any breach of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. DealFlow reserves the right to pursue legal action and seek damages for unauthorized use or misappropriation.

  1. Subscription and Refund Policy

2.1 Subscription Purchases

All purchases of DealFlow services, including subscriptions, are final. You are responsible for all charges incurred on your account, including any applicable taxes or fees.

2.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if you cancel your subscription within 30 days of your initial signup. After this period, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction, changes in business needs, or lack of usage.

2.3 Cancellation Procedure

To cancel your subscription, you must submit a written request through our designated cancellation process within the first 30 days. Once your cancellation is confirmed, your access to the platform will terminate immediately.

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. You agree to notify DealFlow immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

3.2 Compliance with Laws

You agree to use DealFlow in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any attempt to manipulate, disrupt, or misuse the platform is strictly prohibited.

  1. Limitation of Liability

DealFlow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum liability to you for any claim will not exceed the total fees you paid in the preceding three months.

  1. Modifications to Terms

DealFlow reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
